OK, so you get how CitySaver/Savior might make a difference in your town. There are lots of articles and writing on here about why City Church is the wisdom of God, the only proper Biblical model and how it might change things if the Christians started working together. But there’s more to it. We need to apologize to the world for our hypocrisy, for spending BILLIONS on ourselves, for not loving our neighbors as we should have, for not being ONE in such a way that it would shock the world and PROVE that Jesus was the Son of God. In John 17, just before the Cross, He prayed that we would be One because THEN the world would know that God sent Him.
We’re about as far from One as you can get and we need to do something urgently to turn this ride around. That’s what you’re setting your hand to do. We have no idea how much persecution could come, but you can be sure that the enemy of your soul will not be happy about this!
About CitySaver Central
The Lord has led us to use this model to explain what He is building here:

Central is the root. That’s in Liberty, Missouri (mostly). We have no idea how many people that’s going to require, but God will make a way. These are RootServants. Uncle Doug is the guy God gave the vision to and the one constant through 20+ years of trying to build this. He’s got the big apron.
The Vine is the programming, the hardware, the cloud it sits on, the networking, etc. There will be people needed to handle all that as well. These are VineServants.
The Bunch is a region of cities. Paul wrote to “The Church of Corinth,” but he wrote to “The Churches of Galatia.” That’s because Galatia is a province, not because it was a city with multiple churches inside of it. There was a reason for his message to be circulated around that whole area. There will be BunchServants assigned to help Bunches because, for example, a Bunch could be all the French speaking Grapes in Africa because they need a translator – or all the Grapes in Nigeria because they share legal issues or currency issues or other commonalities that require a specialist to support them.
So where we are now is that we’re establishing Grapes in Clay County, Missouri (the Northland of Kansas City) and elsewhere, as there are folks popping up begging to have on in their town.

Very soon, we’ll be capable of handling every city in America – and beyond! The infrastructure is there, the skeleton is built, the nervous system is working – we’re just waiting for the right people to connect their Grape and start plumping it up!
What You Might Not Expect
CitySaver Central is where you would get vetted, get approved, get trained up and we would launch a CitySaver.org Grape for your city. We’re also going to work with you on the interpersonal skills and spiritual gifts that you’re going to need for this. This is NOT AT ALL like planting a “church” – but you are probably going to have to find a building.
You see, people are always talking about restoring the “Book of Acts” church – which is great – but I don’t think they understand what that really means. First of all, it’s not house churches. They met DAILY and from house to house. Not punctuated like big church – a couple days a week. They also met business to business and in the marketplace and in big public open areas. In some places later they lived in giant cave complexes all together. (Research Cappadocia caves, Derinkuyu and Kaymakli!)
Second, people talk about their different picture of what “revival” should look like, but in Acts we see an uneducated fisherman give an extemporaneous Spirit-led sermon – and 3000 get saved. Soon after, another 5000 people get saved. One of the first signs of people being truly “born again” and not conforming the pattern of this world is that they start looking around – and realize they have more “stuff” than they need. So they look around for who can be trusted to use it well – and lay it at the feet of the Apostles. (Who then appoint other good men to go handle it.)
What we have learned, walking this out for years on the front lines, is that a “revival” in a stadium is different than in a city. Maybe their lives are changed and there is fruit of it from a stadium – but when people are at home and revival comes, they start liquidating. There is a Holy Spirit drive to simplify and divest – particularly of things that might not be pleasing to God.
It’s not a surprise anymore for me to go to the mailbox and receive a bag of gold jewelry or an electric guitar or some other items. Someone saw our videos online, got serious, started hearing God and He said, “Take off your ornaments” or “You’ve made your guitar an idol.” And as them send it to us to redeem it. So we sell it and use the money to feed or house or clothe people. Right now we have a 15,000 square foot warehouse filled to the rafters of personal and commercial donations that we can redirect wherever they are needed – or sell and convert to socks and green beans.
So, one of the things we tell a prospective Lead CityServant is to be thinking about what you’re going to do with the “stuff” of a community that wants to start helping one another. You may need to find an empty Kmart or a big barn or some other creative way to be ready to receive and redistribute needs (and sell wants). Maybe it’s something creative like, all the toys are in this volunteer’s garage and all the clothes are in this volunteer’s garage, etc. Maybe you start a Free Store or a Thrift Store with a free component (as we have) or something creative we’ve never seen before. Either way, if you set your hand to care for the poor, you can’t build barns faster than God can fill them!!
It’s unlikely that a Lead CityServant can juggle all of that PLUS the website, so start looking for Jesus-loving, strong people that you can rely upon for all the different components of this. We’re doing what we can to streamline this, but you’re still the hands and feet of Jesus on the ground there.
You need to understand that, while this may generate income, it’s not a “business opportunity” or a get-rich-quick scheme. While this may look like a digital business, it’s really a ministry. This is all an extension of The Church of Liberty (Preaching Liberty to the Captives) and the main point of this is the restoration of the Church onto the proper foundation – which is NOT denominations and faction and selfish ambition – but love for the brethren, peace, gentleness, kindness, long-suffering, and caring for our neighbors – and our enemies.
